Wingo Honored As Outstanding New Teacher DAVE WINGO was selected by the Trade and Industrial (T&I) division as the OVA Outstanding New Teacher during the recent statewide career and technology education conference in Tulsa Aug. 1-3. Wingo is the Building and Grounds Maintenance Technology instructor at Wes Watkins Technology Center. Dave
